The 2026 price map
Corporate website prices in Türkiye settled around three bands in 2026: template sites ₺6,000–15,000, custom-designed corporate sites ₺15,000–85,000, e-commerce and portal projects ₺75,000 and above. Two quotes that appear to describe the same job can differ fivefold.
Both can be right, because they are not selling the same thing. A template shop hands you a mould and drops your logo and copy into it. A custom studio builds a structure from scratch. The first takes three days, the second three weeks. That is exactly where the gap comes from.
The five items that set the price
Design originality. Recolouring a ready theme and building an interface from zero for a brand are 10–15 working days apart.
Page and language count. A five-page brochure site and a 40-page service tree are not the same job. A second language is not just translation; it means a separate URL structure, hreflang setup and dual content management in the panel.
Functional modules. Booking, dealer portal, membership, virtual POS, quote forms… each is a separate piece of software. If it is not named in the quote, it is not included.
SEO scope. Technical SEO — speed, schema markup, sitemap, heading hierarchy — belongs in the delivery. Content production and authority work are a separate, monthly service.
Post-launch support. The job does not end on launch day. Updates, backups, security patches and content entry have to come from somewhere.
The items the quote does not show
The real difference hides in the footnotes. Do not sign before asking these five questions.
Whose name are the domain and hosting registered under? If they are not yours, your site is held hostage the day you want to leave. This is the most common lock-in method we run into.
What is the annual renewal? Some firms quote low, then ask for something close to the launch fee every year as a “licence renewal”. Add up three years; the table usually flips.
Is the source code delivered? Look for a clause saying the site and source code belong to the client. Without it you are a tenant, not an owner.
Is content entry included? If nobody agrees who writes the copy and sources the images, the project stalls right there. The most common cause of delay is not design — it is content that never arrives.
How many revision rounds do you get? “Until you are happy” means nothing in a contract. Ask for a number.
What a cheap quote really costs
A ₺5,000 website almost always means the same template sold to hundreds of customers. You appear to save money. Two years later you notice your competitor has nearly the same site, rebuild from scratch, and the total lands above what doing it properly would have cost.
There is also a line that never appears on any invoice: for those two years you ran a site that did not climb in Google and did not fill in forms. The business you missed is bigger than the money you spent.
How to build the right budget
Treat your website not as an expense but as your cheapest sales channel. Compare it to shop rent: in most cities the yearly total cost of a good site sits below one month of physical retail rent, and it works around the clock without taking leave.
Our advice for SMBs is specific: ₺15,000–30,000 for custom design and technical SEO setup, then two to four pieces of content a month. This is the only combination that keeps working the day you switch the ad budget off.
If your budget is below that band, the answer is not a cheap template — it is a smaller scope. Start properly with five pages and add the sixth in three months. A small foundation built correctly always costs less than a large one built badly.
